Job Overview:

Duties:

• Create and update product listings, ensuring accurate and product descriptions, images, and pricing
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock availability
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and products from top industry brands
• Process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment

Requirements:

• Basic to Advanced motorcycle/Harley Davidson knowledge & experience
• Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills)
• Experience in ecommerce sales (preferred not required)
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (preferred not required)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and other team members
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of phone etiquette for providing professional customer service
• A willingness to learn new things and ask questions
