- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Google Ads strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing A/B testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging and relevant ad copy and visuals.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially related to Google Ads and Analytics.

Position: Intern - Digital Marketing
Reports To: Director of Certifiably Diverse
Location: Remote
Type: NonSCA, Part-time (<30 hours per week)
Schedule: M-F, 9-5 pm with flex for class schedule
PAY: $15-18/hr.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern with a keen interest in Google Ads and Google Analytics to join our dynamic marketing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in digital advertising and analytics within a supportive learning environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving our digital marketing campaigns to success. Moreover, this internship has the potential to open doors to future career opportunities in the field.
Minimum Qualifications:
Appearance: All personnel shall be attired in business casual clothing for daily work. Attire worn should always ensure employees' safety from working conditions (long pants, appropriate shirts, and closed-toe shoes as required); on occasion, staff may be required to wear a business dress for certain activities.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
