For our Human Resources department at the Pfronten location, we are currently looking for a/an:
PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION AND PAYROLL SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

Job Description

  • Preparation and execution of payroll while adhering to collective bargaining agreements and individual contractual regulations
  • Maintenance of personnel master data
  • Recording and maintenance of all time-related data
  • Preparation of certificates for authorities, exit papers, and references
  • Creation of evaluations and statistics
  • Processing of travel expense reports
  • Preparation of employment contracts
  • Maintenance of personnel files
  • Point of contact for employees, health insurance, tax office, etc.
  • Processing of applications for company pension schemes

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably with further training as a certified payroll specialist or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll and administration
  • Good knowledge of social security and tax law
  • Excellent payroll knowledge (e.g. PAISY)
  • Good MS Office and database skills
  • Team and communication skills, as well as enjoyment of independent work
