For our Human Resources department at the Pfronten location, we are currently looking for a/an:
PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION AND PAYROLL SPECIALIST (M/F/D)
Job Description
- Preparation and execution of payroll while adhering to collective bargaining agreements and individual contractual regulations
- Maintenance of personnel master data
- Recording and maintenance of all time-related data
- Preparation of certificates for authorities, exit papers, and references
- Creation of evaluations and statistics
- Processing of travel expense reports
- Preparation of employment contracts
- Maintenance of personnel files
- Point of contact for employees, health insurance, tax office, etc.
- Processing of applications for company pension schemes
Qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably with further training as a certified payroll specialist or similar
- Several years of professional experience in payroll and administration
- Good knowledge of social security and tax law
- Excellent payroll knowledge (e.g. PAISY)
- Good MS Office and database skills
- Team and communication skills, as well as enjoyment of independent work
