    We are seeking a visionary and experienced Vice President of Finance to join our executive team and play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the CFO and senior management team.

    Oversee the development and execution of the hospital's annual operating budget, ensuring compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations.

    Manage the Finance Department, including revenue cycle, medical records, purchasing, accounting, accounts payable, payroll, patient access, and general stores.
    Lead a team of talented finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to the CFO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
    Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, GAAP, and Medicare cost reporting.
    Manage cash flow and debt financing activities to optimize financial performance.
    Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
    Partner with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
    Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare finance.

    Qualifications:
    Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in

    Hospital/Healthcare

    finance leadership roles.
    Proven track record of success in developing and managing complex budgets.
    In-depth knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and accounting standards.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
    Experience with healthcare information systems (HIS) is a plus.
    Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
