Board Certified Behavior Analyst - North Miami, United States - Spring Health ABA Center

Description

As a BCBA, you will work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing behavior analysis services and implementing behavior intervention plans.

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Implement behavior intervention plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
• Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, including session notes and reports
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

• Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
• Indepth knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures and tools
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
• Proficient in conducting behavioral therapy sessions and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals of all ages, particularly children
