Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
As a BCBA, you will work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing behavior analysis services and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Your expertise in applied behavior analysis and your passion for helping others will make a significant impact on the lives of those you serve.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Implement behavior intervention plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, including session notes and reports
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Indepth knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation procedures and tools
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Proficient in conducting behavioral therapy sessions and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals of all ages, particularly children

$ $80.00 per hour
