Job Overview:

We are looking for a strong culture warrior who can help lead our pack of caregivers to their best potential.

Our open RCC/Staffing role in Tempe Arizona, Area.

This role covers staffing, making schedules, conducting interviews, coordinating new hire start dates with HR, and assisting our Health and Wellness Director with monthly vitals/weights, service plans, ordering central supply items, incident report, checking progress note reports, checking medications unavailable report, following up with PCP/NP when needed, and other duties as assigned.

Position is typically Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, unless covering call-offs due to no coverage.


REQUIREMENTS:

State Certified Caregiver Certificate

CPR/First Aid

Fingerprint Clearance Card

2 years or more experience in the RCC/Staffing Role

Be able to lead a team

Good Culture

Organization with Staffing schedule and onboarding new hires with HR

Assisted Living Experience


Experience:

• Proven experience in staffing or recruitment roles
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems or other recruitment software

Pay:
From $20.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
