Sales Coordinator Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator.
The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the smooth flow of lumber products through our supply chain.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for the lumber industry to make a significant impact within our company.
Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
Coordinate with suppliers to procure lumber products and materials according to project requirements and timelines.
Schedule and coordinate shipments of lumber products to customers, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient logistics.
Track and record incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation.
Work closely with the sales team to fulfill customer orders and address any inquiries or issues related to lumber products.
Sales Coordinator Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the lumber industry or logistics field is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in computer software applications, including inventory management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of lumber species, grades, and dimensions is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
