- Coordinate with suppliers to procure lumber products and materials according to project requirements and timelines.
- Schedule and coordinate shipments of lumber products to customers, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient logistics.
- Track and record incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation.
- Work closely with the sales team to fulfill customer orders and address any inquiries or issues related to lumber products.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the lumber industry or logistics field is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including inventory management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of lumber species, grades, and dimensions is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Sales Coordinator Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the smooth flow of lumber products through our supply chain.
