POSITION:

SERVICE TECHNICIAN (Pest Control)


Sign on bonus:

- $2,500 Sign On Bonus

  • Additional Sign On Bonus for NH Licensed Applicators
  • Additional Bonus for Employees who obtain a NH Applicator License

OVERVIEW:

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Prior experience in Pest Control and sales experience is a plus but not required.

We will provide comprehensive classroom and field training to ensure you feel capable and confident to excel in your position.

The company administers our Training Program.

If you've got a strong work ethic and have excellent customer service skills, we will ensure you're provided with every resource necessary to succeed.


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Great communication skills to interact with the customer and communicate the details of the service
  • Perform a detailed inspection of the property
  • Complete an initial pest control service of the interior and exterior of the customer's home
  • Data Entry & Documentation into mobile devises for services performed
  • Perform equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Flexible to work Monday-Saturday during the summer season

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to read and understand simple documents regarding safety, regulatory or protocol standards
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • A talent for solving practical problems and effective reasoning
  • Take and Pass a series of exams as part of a New Hire Training
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Pass a Background Check
  • Pass a Drug Screen

COMPENSATION:

Daily pay plus bonus opportunities
