McAdam Financial seeks a motivated Executive Assistant to support the Firm's Executive Vice President (EVP) and top Advisor in sales, conversion, and new business from seminar marketing.

His work spans Natural Market, Targeted Marketing meetings, and Company Based Marketing. As EVP and acting Advisor for those business units, he is looking for assistance in a supportive capacity.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling/calendar management
  • Coordinate availability with various internal and external parties
  • Book/coordinate client service meetings
  • Coordinate daily/weekly tasks as needed
  • Communicate client contract anniversaries to schedule touchpoints
  • Call to confirm appointments for the EVP
  • Develop and maintain an effective notetaking system for the EVP
  • Interact and work closely with the Senior Vice President
  • Interact and work closely with the Client Relationship Manager and Paraplanner team
  • Attend team huddles and training as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technology issues as needed
  • Assist the EVP with seminar events
  • Attend, set up, and break down all seminar events throughout the year
  • Complete prequalifying work related to prospective clients from seminar events
  • Follow up with prospective clients from seminar events

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 24 years administrative experience
  • 2 years of experience with client relations
  • Typing Speed: Minimum of 80 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
  • 2 years of experience with calendar management
  • 2 years of experience with cloudbased systems
  • Experience with video communication apps (Zoom & Teams)
  • High technological literacy
  • Flexible availability during business hours
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time and accurately
  • Ability to be a part of a team and collaborate regularly

Pay:
$50,000.00 per year
