The Landbäckerei Sinz in Durach is one of the most modern bakeries in the Allgäu region. Every day, the manager and his team bake fresh bread and pastries, such as rolls, pretzels, and crusty bread, as well as cakes and sweet pastries. These are delivered fresh daily to Sinz branches and the branches of Feneberg Lebensmittel GmbH. In total, we employ around 250 employees in production and in 15 Sinz branches. Since 2011, we have made the decision to only bake naturally. In other words, we have chosen to eliminate artificial additives such as emulsifiers, stabilizers, and phosphates, and only use ingredients that truly belong in our baked goods, such as flour, water, yeast, sourdough, and spices.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and provide support.

APPRENTICESHIP AS A SPECIALIST SALES ASSISTANT (W/M/D) IN THE FOOD TRADE, FOCUSING ON BAKERY, AT OUR BRANCH IN BIESENHOFEN
