Your responsibilities:

  • You will be in constant communication with our clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • You will analyze project requirements and support our clients in achieving their goals.
  • You will advise and assist our clients in developing and improving their existing software solutions.
  • You will be responsible for conceptualizing and leading our projects, participating in their management and driving them forward.
  • You will work with the team to develop the best possible software solutions for our clients.
  • As an experienced software developer, you will create highquality software.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
  • You have knowledge in Java / Jakarta EE / databases.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in software development.
  • You have experience in conceptual and technical work.
  • You enjoy designing user interfaces, specific UI/UX design skills are a plus but not required.
  • You have excellent analytical skills and can explain and document complex requirements and relationships in a simple and understandable way.
  • You have a high level of creativity in solving complex tasks and a strong team spirit.
  • You are fluent in German.
  • Despite the possibility of working from home up to five days a week, you are happy to be regularly present for retrospectives, client and team meetings.
