Process Specialist (m/f/d) for the Sales department:

Full-time (38.5 hours) | Permanent position | Mönchengladbach | Remote work possible

Your role in our team:

You actively support us in the development and implementation of crossdepartmental projects in Business Performance Management and drive the digitalization of sales processes proactively and profitably
You are also responsible for continuously improving processes, methods, and IT requirements
As an interface function, you work closely with colleagues from all sales units (also at group level) and conduct workshops and trainings

This is how you are ready to start at OQEMA:

Your foundation consists of a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship in the industrial, freight forwarding, or wholesale and foreign trade environment
Afterwards, you have gained sales and project management experience, ideally in the sales area
You are familiar with new software programs, have excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel), and
