Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

PositionOverview:
Weare seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join a great district in Elkton, DE. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in creating inclusive and nurturing classroom environments, tailoring instruction to meet individualized education plans (IEPs), and helping students with disabilities reach their full potential. This is a full time position starting ASAP and ending 6/11/2024.

Responsibilities:

Full time
- 37.5 hours/week
Caseload:
- Prek- 12th grade students
- small student caseload
- will provide CF supervision
30 min unpaid lunch
Zoom or in person interview

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.
Must have a DESLP license
- Accepting both CF and CCC
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, parents, and colleagues.
Knowledge of various teaching strategies, assistive technologies, and accommodations.
Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities.

Compensation

W-2 Employment Contract for onsite positions.
1099 Employment Contract for virtual positions.
Direct/ Indirect Services paid equally.
Full Time Employees over 30 hours are eligible for benefits.
