Soliant Health is partnering with a distinguished school district in Elkton, MD, seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite position to support students for the remainder of the school year.

    Position Overview:

    As an SLP with Soliant Health, you'll play a pivotal role in providing crucial speech and language services within an educational setting. Your responsibilities will involve assessing, diagnosing, and implementing tailored interventions to enhance students' speech and language abilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
    • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans designed to meet the unique needs of students.
    • Deliver therapy sessions and targeted interventions to improve students' communication skills.
    • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and specialists to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress, evaluations, and treatment plans.
    • Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute expertise to student education plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
    • Maryland state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
    • Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is advantageous.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
