Description
Responsibilities Include:
- In collaboration with multiple Financial Advisors, lead all operational aspects of a presale client experience, including preparing administrative paperwork, assisting in processing financial transactions, document requests, data management, ongoing assistance of client accounts, as well as, adhoc projects while collaborating with multiple departments and carriers to ensure the progression of sales
- Drive high client satisfaction through excellent customer service, prompt followup on client issues, and proactive problem solving in a timely and professional manner
- Act as primary contact for daytoday presale client service needs and independently resolve service requests
- Prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations, analysis, and reports
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other internal departments, as well as, outside service professionals such financial advisors, attorneys, and product carrier's relationship managers
- Utilize CRM and other platforms to track client interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Mountain or Pacific business hours at times
- Advanced Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and prior experience in Client Services
- Ability to maintain highest level of professionalism
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a positive and professional attitude
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience as a Client Service Associate or in Operations in the Financial Services industry
- Possession of or progression towards a Series 7, 63/65, or 66 License
- Experience with CRMs and financial planning software
