What you will do
Provide Acquisition, Program Management Office (PMO), and Financial Management support services to the Knowledge Management & Curation (KMC) Program.

Specifically;

  • Creation of acquisition documentation, to include Acquisition Strategies, Program Management Plans, and Acquisition Decision Memorandums, as well as contract requisition documentation.
  • Development, documentation, oversight and implementation of acquisition strategies.
  • Acquisition process definition and improvement;

What you will need

  • Eight (8) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD/IC acquisition
management, DoD/IC contracting, or DoD/IC contract management is required.

  • A Bachelor's Degree with a business or technical focus is required.
  • In lieu of a degree, DA WIA Level II in any focus area and an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years may be substituted.
  • In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of fourteen (14) years may be substituted.
  • Minimum of two years' experience writing presolicitation documents, including annexes.
  • Experience in DoD source selection desired.

Opportunity. BCT provides a $1,000 scholarship annually for one employee or child enrolled in an undergraduate program in memory of our founding President, Jacquelyn Tate. BCT leadership communicates an annual call for essays to compete for this scholarship with an award date of August 12 each year.
