**Must live approximately within a 15 mile radius from Santa Barbara

We are looking for someone to work 2 days a week. The client is insistent on having a 3 person to join our team to cover 7 days a week. This is a part time position only with roughly 20 hours during the 7 day week.

Some of the duties are the following:

• Make a morning smoothie with daily supplements.
• Proactively manage prescriptions and daily supplement regime
• Weekly preparation of pill boxes maintaining 12 week supply of daily medication
• Schedule and organize doctor's appointments
• Maintain and clean CPAP machine weekly and keep filled with distilled water at all times
• Maintain detailed medication log and make note of mood changes
• Motivate and join our client in exercise routines such as walking, swimming, physical therapy, and yoga, etc.
• Feed the dogs and let them out back and clean up after them each time.
• Manage and prioritize the client's calendar, coordinating all appointments and activities.
• Efficiently handle online shopping and returns.

• Keep the kitchen and house tidy at all times.
• Remind the client to take her morning medication.
• Must have solid cooking skills
• Run an errand if requested.
• Manage routine grocery shopping.
• Schedule and accompany our client's dogs to all veterinary appointments
• Organize and attend grooming appointments for dogs
• Ensure dogs are fed a nutritious breakfast, keeping their food and supplements wellstocked
• Responsible for picking up after the dogs during walks and in the yard
• Prepare and serve coffee daily
• Keep refrigerator stocked with iced filtered water for grabandgo in travel cups
• Prepare meals (breakfast, lunch, occasional dinner) and precook grab and go healthy bites.

We are looking for someone that can just go with the flow and be helpful. The client is extremely capable and just looking for some weekend assistance for whatever the day may bring.

This is a part-time 1099 hourly position.
