The HR-IT department at Liebherr-IT Services GmbH is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and further development of globally used personnel systems. We act as an internal service provider for the entire company group and are looking for you to join our team in Scanlon, MN.

Your future

What to expect:

Technical and functional project management for the implementation, support, and further development of the authoring tool landscape
Management, selection, and implementation of standard learning modules from external agencies, including ensuring functionality in the learning management system
Identification of system enhancements and new software needs
Support of consultants in various elearning activities such as webbased trainings, video learnings, gamebased learning, gamification, EPSS, VR/AR, etc.
Identification of necessary metrics and KPIs for elearning projects

Your profile

What you bring:

Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, digital media, or a related field
Professional experience in project management in the field of digital learning, with knowledge of various project management approaches and methods
Knowledge and enthusiasm for learning technology trends
Experience in using and managing elearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360
Ability to work with different target groups and hierarchy levels, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Motivator for change to support digital HR transformation
Proficiency in German and
