Home Health Aide /Personal Care Asst

Summary:
The **Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Asst(PCA)
- provides **direct care to residents following an individualized service plan, treats each resident with dignity and respect, recognizes individual needs and encourages independence The Aid fosters a homelike atmosphere throughout the residence. Full, Part, or Per Diem positions available


Qualifications

  • Maintains a current NY License as a HHA or PCA or training.
  • Minimum of oneyear experience in home health, assisted living or longterm care desired; will train.
  • Possess the ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
  • May require lifting or bending. Must be able to lift 2535 pounds
