Responsibilities

Process and post dealer trades for three stores
Arrange transportation for dealer trades
Assign key tags
Monthly physical inventories for three stores
Assist Finance and Sales Manager

- other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Automotive experience preferred
Highly organized and eagerness to improve
Willingness to take initiative
Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
Work with all levels of employees
Experience with a DMS System
