As a Group Coordinator in Gilbert, MN, you will plan and accompany our room groups.

You will be the interface between our customers and the operational departments, ensuring a smooth process in line with our "great hotel experiences for the many people" philosophy.

Your responsibilities will include:

Taking over customers after contract conclusion for subsequent detailed planning
Handling inquiries, creating offers, concluding contracts, and coordinating details for shortterm group bookings and returning guests
Conducting property tours and precon meetings
Communicating and coordinating extensively with all departments, especially Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Sales
Being present and providing support during guests' stays
Conducting feedback conversations
Preparing for accurate invoicing
