We are currently seeking a nursing professional (m/f/d) for our home care service in the city and district of Landshut.

Your responsibilities:

  • Implementation of basic and treatment care based on the care plan, following the valid standards and procedures of the BRK district branch
  • Proper handling of medication
  • Complete documentation of all nursing measures
  • Implementation of expert standards
  • Creation of nursing assessments and care plans
  • Conducting nursing visits and evaluating care plans
  • Accompanying doctor visits and proper execution of medical orders
  • Instruction and supervision of assistants, trainees, and interns

Your qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in nursing
  • Further training as a practical instructor according to Pfl
