    Job DescriptionPurpose

    At NEP Group our purpose is to deliver innovative solutions to drive the mobile broadcasting and live events industries. As a Senior Application Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building robust software applications that empower NEP to transform complex challenges into actionable digital experiences.

    Essential Duties/Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Core, React, and SQL Server with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
    • Design and implement efficient RESTful services using Core to support web functionalities.
    • Build and refine user interfaces with React, integrating modern frontend technologies and practices to enhance user engagement.
    • Implement comprehensive testing strategies to maintain high-quality code standards.
    • Lead code reviews, architectural discussions, and troubleshooting sessions to drive best practices and continuous improvement.
    • Mentor developers and share knowledge to uplift team capabilities and expertise.
    Position Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • At least 7 years of experience in full stack development, with substantial expertise in C#, .NET Core, and React.
    • Proven track record of designing and developing large-scale, high-availability web applications.
    • Strong proficiency with Dapper, EF Core, and modern frontend frameworks, particularly React.
    • Experience with state management libraries (Zustand, react-query or similar) and hooks in React.
    • Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, and TypeScript).
    • Knowledgeable in implementing responsive and adaptive design principles.
    • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Agile/Scrum development experience is highly desirable.
    • Background in implementing a distributed microservices architecture, utilizing event-driven interservice communication (RabbitMQ).

    Additional Preferred Skills:

    • Exposure to mobile development frameworks like React Native is a plus.
    • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration technologies.
