What to expect

  • Independent management of a nursery group including a team of employees
  • Education and upbringing of children according to our pedagogical concept
  • Participation in the continuous conceptual development
  • Observation and documentation of the learning and development processes of the children
  • Collaboration with parents in an educational partnership
  • 25 hours/week, possibly more, including 15.4 hours of management responsibilities

What sets you apart

  • Recognized educator, elementary educator, diploma in social pedagogy or equivalent qualification
  • Enjoyment of working with children in nursery age
