You will be an integral part of the leadership team, both in your center and as a manager for your Aramark SeniorLIFE+ account.

You will be overseeing the day-to-day food service operations for a senior living community, managing a team and managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and staff development.

?


Responsibilities:


  • Provides nutritional screening, monitoring, and implementation of the nutrition plan of care for the residents under the guidance of the Registered Dietitian?
  • Maintains excellent relationships with our clients.?
  • Works with your staff to create nutritious and premier quality food for your residents under the direction of a Regional Culinary Director and with contribution from the Registered Dietitian?
  • Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.?
  • Participates in resident satisfaction programs, departmental meetings as directed, and QAPI programs.?

Qualifications:


  • Certified Dietary Manager/CDM or Dietetic Technician, Registered DTR is required?
  • ServSafe? certified, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment?
