- Design and develop RAG service platform orchestrations, including prompt engineering, guardrails, vector databases, and API Grounding.
- Create proof-of-concept, demonstrations / prototypes, design, and conduct pilot studies using Generative AI(Large Language Models, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models).
- Collaborate with engineering, platform, and product teams, contributing to dataset/document preparation, prompt engineering, customization, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLMs.
- Work closely with the ML Infrastructure and Platform teams to identify opportunities for enhancing and optimizing tools and solutions.
- Collect, ingest, and preprocess unstructured or structured data.
- Apply best practices for security, performance, and reliability.
- Demonstrable expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Model.
- Data engineering (with a focus on unstructured data).
- Data ingestion/indexing techniques, search skills, and RAG techniques.
- Experience in NLP and Conversational AI.
- Experience in LLM validation, reliability, toxicity/harmfulness avoidance, and LLM hallucination.
- Proficiency with vector DB.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complexity, and drive results; ultimately owning the end-to-end outcome.
- PhD/Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field with relevant work experience.
