Today, we are already one of the leading parcel shippers to European countries. We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (M/F/D) to join our team.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Entering all creditor documents into the ERP system
  • Booking incoming and outgoing payments
  • Assisting with monthly closings and conducting relevant account reconciliations, as well as proactively assisting with the annual closing
  • Acting as a point of contact for accounting inquiries in daily operations
  • Participating in the implementation of a new ERP system
  • Managing customs documents
  • Calculating import

VAT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed commercial training or relevant experience'
