Doing good & advancing - Your responsibilities:
Join the interdisciplinary and cross-location HCP Training team with a liaison function between Marketing and Sales.

The team is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of an integrated, national training program for Health Care Professionals (HCP), including pharmacists, PTAs, doctors, and medical assistants.


  • You support the HCP Training Managers in team organization and ensure the implementation of planned training activities on an operational level.
  • You handle research, ordering, and coordination of training, information, and communication materials, as well as promotional items and giveaways. You ensure ordering, production, and deployment, and manage inventory.
  • You are responsible for the administrative support of the freelance trainer team. This includes managing contracts, equipment, and scheduling, reviewing invoices, and organizing onsite and digital trainthetrainer events.
  • You accompany training events both onsite and digitally via Zoom and Teams, and may attend field sales meetings.
  • You assist in the creative development of training
