Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.

This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities onsite
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules
• Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues or risks and implement corrective measures
• Manage and coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and labor
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues

Experience:

• Desire to build experience in construction management
• General knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Willingness to become proficient in construction management software (e.g., BuilderTrend)
• Familiarity with construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management a plus
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
