Overview:

Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
• Start IVs and administer vitamin drips
• Provide patient education on various health topics, including weight loss, exercising, and food choices.
• Utilize electronic medical record systems and other software for documentation purposes
• Perform monthly weights, body scans, SQ shots, and collect patient data for assessment purposes
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in Florida
• Proven experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of Sterile techniques and IV starts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems; will provide training.
