We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated employee (m/f/d) to assist in the exploration and successful acquisition of suitable land for the development and implementation of wind and PV open space projects in De Valls Bluff, AR

Your responsibilities will include:

As an acquisition specialist (m/f/d) for wind and solar land, you will work closely with the planning department to independently acquire land for the development of wind and PV open space projects and support the successful implementation of these projects.
This will involve identifying and contacting landowners of potentially suitable sites and conducting contract negotiations with landowners and municipalities.
You will also organize landowner meetings and information events for citizens and lead them.
Presenting and representing the plans on site with landowners, authorities, and municipalities will also be part of your duties.
Additionally, you will establish networks with authorities, municipalities, associations, project partners, and landowners and contribute to the development of participation models for wind and solar park projects.
You will work in a motivated team with the goal of contributing to the company's success in the future.

Your profile:

You have a degree in business, engineering, agriculture/forestry, or administration (Bachelor) or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in project acquisition, contractual land securing, project development, and/or sales experience in the agricultural/forestry sector and in field service.
You have basic knowledge of WindPro and PV*Sol, land matters,
