$60,000 - $85,000 per year


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent commercial education with additional training as a Personnel Specialist (m/f/d)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the HR field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of legal regulations
  • Experience in payroll and salary administration
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Structured, proactive work style and team player
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Excellent German and English skills

Your Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for managers and employees (bluecollar and whitecollar) for all HRrelated questions
  • Implementation of operational HR topics, such as recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll
  • Active involvement in the development and implementation of the strategic direction in the HR field (e.g. expanding employer branding)
  • Administrative tasks (e.g. creating references, adjusting employment contracts, job descriptions)
  • Preparation of evaluations/statistics for management
