    Groundworks is seeking a talented

    Affiliate Marketing Specialist

    to join our tribe at our Field Support Headquarters in

    Virginia Beach, VA


    Our Affiliate Marketing Specialist is an integral part of our Marketing Team in working hand-in-hand with agency partners to effectively measure and track the performance of our affiliate network, guaranteeing that partners are meeting Groundworks' KPIs.

    This role is pivotal in having the keen ability to assess the risk of potential partnerships in relation to our business metrics, and to collaboratively devise strategies to drive positive performance outcomes.

    Job Responsibilities

    Serve as the primary liaison between Groundworks and our affiliate marketing agency, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with business objectives
    Develop and implement robust tracking and reporting processes to meticulously monitor the performance of affiliate partners
    Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, leveraging data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation using tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, and PowerBI
    Work cross-functionally with our brand, product, and engineering teams to ensure the seamless integration and success of affiliate marketing initiatives
    Manage day-to-day affiliate program operations, maintaining ownership of critical workflows and routines
    Assess the potential impact of new affiliate partnerships, making data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making
    Demonstrate the ability to assess and negotiate competitive commission structures
    Qualifications

    3+ years of demonstrated experience in Affiliate Marketing
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or 3+ years of related experience
    Affiliate Marketing leadership or management experience preferred but not required
    A proactive and self-motivated work ethic with ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently and e
    Exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data to uncover actionable insights, leveraging tools like Google BigQuery, BigQuery SQL, and Microsoft Excel
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agency partners
    Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms like Impact is highly preferred
