- Washes all china, glass, and silverware.
- Cleans all equipment, pots, and pans pre, during, and post-event.
- Stores all equipment in proper locations.
- Sweeps and mop all floors in the kitchen/office areas.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
- Practices safe work habits, follows all safety policies, procedures, and regulations, completes company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
- Transports food and equipment throughout the venue as needed.
- Monitors cleaning supply stock levels per venue needs.
- Ensures that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly.
- Performs and assists with routine inventory on a daily basis of all required stock per area of responsibility.
- Ensures that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner.
- Assists with deliveries and stocking storeroom and side stations.
- Assists members in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- Fulfills the assigned opening and closing duties as assigned by the Chef.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests
- Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
