Dependable caregivers with heart are encouraged to apply. If you have experience caring for a loved one or friend, that is considered valuable experience. Should you have experience with advanced dementia and significant personal care, that will yield a higher pay rate.

Many clients have pet companions
- comfortability around pets is preferred.

Duties:

Provide personal assistance and support to individuals in their daily activities, being

prepared to assist with personal care needs, including toileting and showering

Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met
Maintain a clean and organized living environment
Drive individuals to appointments, activities, and outings
Assist with lifting, up to 50 lbs, and be able to bend, twist, push and pull to assist clients

with daily tasks

Respect and uphold resident rights and confidentiality

Experience:

Previous experience as a caregiver with handson personal care experience and transfer

equipment is preferred

Knowledge of behavior management techniques regarding dementia is beneficial
Experience in meal preparation and maintaining cleanliness is desired
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
