As a customer service and workshop technician at Silver City, you play a crucial role in our pursuit of excellence. Each employee is needed to reach new heights together. You specialize in the maintenance and repair of work platforms and work independently on a wide variety of equipment. You will gradually be introduced to customer service activities outside of the company in order to continuously improve our services.

What can you expect?

  • As part of our team, you will be responsible for repairs, fault analysis, and maintenance of both our own and third-party equipment.
  • You ensure compliance with our quality standards and legal requirements in our workshop.
  • Through collaboration with the team and customers, you have the opportunity to continuously develop and fully live out your dedication to the craft.
  • Together with your team leader, you will gradually be introduced to tasks in regional customer service.

What should you bring?

  • You have electrical knowledge in the automotive and machinery field and show enthusiasm for technically demanding equipment.
  • Thanks to your successfully completed training background, you have already gained initial professional experience as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) for trucks, cars, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, industrial and commercial vehicles, or work platforms.
  • You are technically skilled and always keep an eye on work and equipment quality.
