The
Human Resource Assistant assists in the coordination of the day-to-day Human Resources functions while acting as an advocate for employees while promoting positive employee relations.
Continuous Home Care provides therapy as well as skilled nursing care, speech, home health aides and social workers for the geriatric population.

General Responsibilities and Accountability
- Performs assigned personnel file maintenance.
- Files employee personnel related materials.
- Maintains the integrity of human resources files and records
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Assists the department with HR projects.
- Conveys any relevant employee issues and concerns to Human Resource Director for resolution.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Performs other duties as requested or assigned.
Education and Licensure
Degree Requirement:
High school diploma.
Degree Preferred:
BS in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirement:
A minimum of one (1) year of Human Resource experience preferably in a healthcare setting.
Experience Preferred:
A minimum of three (3) years of Human Resource experience preferably in a healthcare setting.
Competency and Skill Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to utilize the telephone and teams for internal and external communications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Advanced critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay:
