Office Management Purchasing Central Dispatch Plant Technology (m/f/d)

The position can be filled full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

  • During an intensive training, you will not only gain insight into your daily tasks, but also build up your specialized knowledge
  • You will be a competent contact person for our customers and employees in the field of plant technology
  • In addition to the main focus on dispatching, you will also be responsible for preparing offers, accepting orders, invoicing and handling complaints
  • Furthermore, you will act as a interface for employees, customers and maintenance companies
  • You are responsible for monitoring deadlines, inspection periods and creating official notifications according to legal requirements

Qualifications

  • Commercial education or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience (first experience in dispatching desirable)
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook, experience with SAP/S4H, IBM Notes (desirable)
  • Reliable, independent and customer-oriented way of working
  • Ability to handle stress and a high level of problem-solving skills
