Office Clerk (m/f/d) for our Business Center at Deutsche Bureau AG in La Verne, CA
Deutsche Bureau AG offers its clients a sophisticated service in business centers throughout Germany.

At 8 locations, we provide our clients with office and event spaces, as well as various products related to virtual offices, at the most exclusive addresses.

As a service provider in the upscale B2B segment, we support our clients in hosting successful events and customer meetings.

For our locations in La Verne, CA, we are looking for a part-time office clerk for reception.


Your contribution to the team's success:

  • You enjoy planning and organizing conferences, meetings, workshops, and client appointments for our clients
  • With excellent customer service, from business correspondence to answering calls on behalf of clients, you impress our clients
  • You warmly welcome and invite our new clients to try out additional services
  • By presenting our business center services to visitors and potential clients, you support customer growth

  • You are the face of our company to our clients, as well as their visitors and business partners, whom you receive at the reception
