Specialist in Planning and Construction Management for the
Department 6- Green and Gruga Essen in West Wyomissing, PA.

Position:

Specialist in Planning and Construction Management
Pay grade 11 TVöD/ING | Fulltime | Permanent | Application deadline: April 28, 2024 | Reference number: TD-III

This position can also be filled with part-time employees.

Your responsibilities as part of the Green and Gruga team will include:

Green planning tasks such as creating concepts, designs, and cost estimates
Construction supervision, invoicing, and cost control
Independent preparation and management of planning projects, as well as coordination with stakeholders
Preparation and management of necessary approval procedures and contractual agreements

Your profile should include:

Completed degree in landscape construction, green space management, landscape planning, landscape architecture, or a similar field of study
Good knowledge of planning and construction law, as well as applicable DIN standards
Strong design skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and digital planning programs; experience in object planning and construction management is desirable
