We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who is

career oriented to join our team.

As our Insurance Sales Representative, you'll be empowered and supported to grow the book of business while having access to _incredible _carriers to make sure your clients have the best coverage to meet their insurance needs.


Responsibilities:


  • Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales.
  • Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Meeting business production goals and objectives as established by management.
  • Responding to queries, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Building clientele via telephone prospecting, leads, referrals, and networking.
  • Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding

Requirements:


  • Property & Casualty License Required. (Willing to obtain)
  • Self starter who is goal oriented and driven to succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize and multitask.
