For our care Diakonie stations in the regions of Kiel, Neumünster and Kaltenkirchen , we are looking for a Care Advisor (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Care advisors ensure an improvement in the care situation of those in need and provide comprehensive advice to relieve family members.

Your tasks, among others:

  • Advice on financial, legal and social issues within the framework of long-term care insurance and home care;
  • Advice on the range of services offered by Pflege Diakonie and on support options;
  • Training in the home environment.

Your profile:

  • Training as a geriatric nurse, health and (child) nurse (m/f/d) or an equivalent recognized qualification and/or experience in care;
  • Further training as a care advisor (m/f/d) desirable;
  • Ideally, professional experience in customer consulting (but not a requirement);
  • Sense of responsibility and reliability.
