Primary Duties and Responsibilities (not intended to be all inclusive):
- Inspect, pack, label, document product
- Perform light assembly work, by hand and with light equipment
- Work with leadership and teammates to coordinate sequence of product
- Work with leadership and teammates to discuss defective or unacceptable goods and determine corrective action
- Strive to continuously improve processes, communication, and efficiencies
Education and/or Experience:
- Some secondary education preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, inspection experience preferred, sewing experience a plus
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to read and review work instructions and procedures, and to track and manage work information;
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work closely with others.
