Responsibilities:
- Handle guest checkins and checkouts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assist with guest requests and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Ensure the safety and security of the property.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with hotel front desk operations and phone systems
Job Types:

$ $11.50 per hour
