Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest checkins and checkouts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Assist with guest requests and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
  • Ensure the safety and security of the property.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with hotel front desk operations and phone systems
Please note that this is a night shift position, typically working overnight hours.
