- Being available as needed via phone for mid-level practitioner's patient questions and/or emergencies.
- Review and approve clinic protocols, as needed.
- Valid medical license in Florida.
- Specialization in dermatology or plastic surgery is preferred.
- Previous leadership experience in a medical spa or similar healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in aesthetic medical treatments and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous education in aesthetic medicine.
- Ability to manage medical emergencies.
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism.
- Must be board certified or board eligible in their plastic surgery specialty
- They can only have one satellite office in addition to their primary practice location. If an applicant is already overseeing a satellite location in addition to their primary practice, they won't be able to add an LY location.
- Their primary practice location and satellite office must be within 25 miles of each other or in a contiguous county but must be within 75 miles. The primary practice location must be within 75 miles of a Living Young Brand location.
