  • As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating and optimizing the process of creating the IT portfolio from demand.
  • You will handle the collection of demand prioritization up to portfolio/budget approval.
  • You will orchestrate IT projects through the stage-gate process and review milestone checklists.
  • You will conduct health checks for ongoing projects and provide coaching for project managers.
  • You will be responsible for structuring and preparing decision templates at the senior management level.

Be our forward thinker

  • You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, project management, computer science, electrical engineering, automation engineering, applied computer science, technical computer science, engineering informatics, or communication technology.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in portfolio management in the IT industry.
  • You have experience in structuring and creating project plans.
  • You have excellent skills in creating compelling storylines and decision templates in PowerPoint.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
