Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor.

As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional customer service abilities.

Duties:

Perform nightly audits of hotel transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness
Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments
Process guest checkins and checkouts during the overnight shift
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions during the shift
Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel activities and financial data
Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
Assist with other front desk duties as needed
Assist in setting up breakfast items in the morning

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred
Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel accounting systems is a plus
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Bilingual proficiency is an asset
Familiarity with phone systems and computer software used in the hospitality industry
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours
