Who we are looking for

We are looking for an Office Management Employee (m/f/d) to join the 3-person administrative team of our client, a law firm in Berlin Wilmersdorf. The position is available immediately and can be filled for 30 hours/week through direct placement.

Your responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the 20 employees of the law firm in their daily tasks
  • Welcome and assist clients
  • Coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, and conferences
  • Answer incoming calls, provide initial advice, and forward to the appropriate department
  • Monitor deadlines and appointments
  • Proofread legal documents and contracts for spelling and formatting
  • Handle daily mail
  • Assist with general office organization tasks
