YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In close coordination with the purchasing management, you will take over the strategic and operational purchasing of construction sites. Within this task, you are responsible for selecting companies, sending out tender documents, obtaining qualified offers for, among other things, engineering, architecture, and subcontractor services, as well as for material requests for the main and auxiliary construction materials of the assigned execution project.
You create bidder lists and keep an eye on the market and competition for a successful procurement process.
You prepare and conduct contract negotiations, create negotiation protocols, and derive supplier evaluations as recommendations for action.
You are also responsible for maintaining a meaningful database of suppliers and subcontractors.
You conclude regional framework agreements in coordination with the purchasing management.

YOUR PROFILE

You are welcome to us with a successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, as well as a civil engineer or construction technician (m/f/d) - what matters is that you are familiar with both areas.
You bring secure market and industry knowledge from several years of professional experience as a purchaser or project manager (m/f/d) for construction services or in a comparable position.
You keep your knowledge of construction contract law - VOB, HOAI and BGB - up to date.
You are proficient in using office applications, ideally also
